Highlights:
Our Prophet (peace be upon him) was a husband to eleven women, each of whom revealed to us her personal impressions of his exemplary personality. With attention to the many ways in which the Prophet proved himself the best husband, the author guides us, with the utmost gentleness, in how we can improve our own marital relationships.
In marriage, it often happens that we come across a situation in which things seem to be going haywire, and we wonder what would have been the ideal stance and the best way to handle this problem. For Muslims, the best stance and the best way is that of the Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him). Allah has taught us that this is how we should seek to resolve our conflicts: {If you differ in anything among yourselves refer it to Allah and His Messenger if you do believe in Allah and the Last Day: that is best and most suitable for final determination.} (Qur’an 4: 59) Our Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) was a husband to eleven women, each of whom has revealed to us her personal impressions of some or the other aspect of his exemplary personality. With special attention to the many different ways in which the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) proved himself the best husband, the author guides us, with the utmost gentleness, in how we can improve our own marital relationships. This book is a must-read for all married couples—and for any Muslim man or woman who is contemplating marriage—who wish to achieve satisfaction in their personal lives. It has been translated into English by Najwa Jaffer.

Interesting read regarding the Prophet saw’s behaviours and character regarding his marital life. The content is generally sufficient and provides a good perspective on Islamic polygyny, one that is totally different from even my own perceptions and initial knowledge on the subject
