My Arabic Number Book (Boardbook)

The Sunnah is the most authentic explanation and elaboration of the Word of Allah. Many worthy collections of Hadith of the Prophet pbuh have been compiled and translated into English. Yet very few, however, have been compiled especially for children ad young people, and this collection is intended to fill this gap.

This collection presents twenty sound Ahadith that will appeal to all ages, but are especially suitable for young people, taking into consideration their needs and interests. In translation and brief commentary that follows each Hadith, an effort has been made to use plain language and explanation for the ordinary mind.

Moreover, useful exercises have also been added. In this way, this collection will be greatly beneficial for young Muslims. This small book has been the collaborative effort of many. It is our hope that this collection of Ahadith will serve as a useful introductions to the timeless wisdom of the last Prophet of Islam both at home and the classroom.

Allah knows what is best for us. Read this book to know what He expects from us and what He likes and dislikes. Allah and Me is a book which discusses some Islamic virtues which we should practice in our daily life in order to live according to Allah’s will and become candidates for Paradise. A Muslim does everything for Allah. Every Little Talk in this book includes some questions to make children think, especially about their own behaviour in context of the virtue discussed in that Talk. Each Talk ends with some Quranic verses and Hadith quotes to stress and highlight the Islamic teaching discussed in that Talk.

This book, with its simple yet profound dua and stories, set in the circumstances of our daily existence, expresses the joy and challenges of life. Reading these prayers and stories, children will come to know how ordinary incidents and day to day activities are such important subjects for prayer and why they should be thankful to Allah.

These charming stories and heart-warming prayers, enlivened by stunning and colourful illustrations, will become a wonderful accompaniment for children on their path to understanding the glory and kindness of Allah and will bring them closer to their Creator.
